   2. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   3. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
2. Your account shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Tweeteronix at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of your account, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

8. Payments

1. Tweeteronix will debit your Paypal account or credit card on the due date of your account's invoice date.
2. Payments not received by Tweeteronix within ten (10) days of the due dates shall be subjected to late penalty fees of US$25. Access to your account information may be restricted until the overdue invoice is paid.
3. Accounts with overdue payment exceeding more than 20 days shall be subjected to immediate termination without notice. Subsequent request to reinstate your account will be subjected to a reactivation fee of US$100.
4. If within 30 days of placing your original order, you are not 100% satisfied with our service, just send us a cancellation request and we will cancel your account and refund your money within 5 business days.
5. Requests for cancellation and refund received by us beyond 30 days from the date you placed your order will not be accepted. Accounts that are renewed for additional month beyond 30 days do not have a money back guarantee.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Tweeteronix's web site shall be governed by the laws of the The Netherlands without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
